There is an issue since the updated with V.M.2.0.22c

When the customer log in it can not change his delivery detail because the field on the cart does not show anymore.
when i desactivate the template the field are coming up.

I think there is an issue with the fashionmart template + vm2.0.22c


+ another issue when cache is turn on : the COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_NO_SHIPPING_METHOD_PUBLIC= is never giving delivery option?

I did many tests for different situations by using Virtuemart2.0.22c + FashionMart in my localhost but I didn't see any failure about listing the shipping rates. I was able to see the shipping rates in every single situation.

As you can see on the picture below the "delivery adress" field is not showing on the cart page when the customer have log in
When i desactivate the fashionmart template this field is coming back.
I have tested on 2 differents website on my local computer.

ohh the shipping address row...... I understand now what you meant. I thought you meant "shipping rates".

I can't provide it here. Because i don't know the solution yet.

That problem doesn't happen in my localhost or in our DEMO server, so i can't run test in my localhost to provide you the proper solution. But i know what cause this issue. I remember i have solved a case like this before. it is definitely a server thing.
