The login form or billing information doesn't appear on checkout.

It doesn't seem to be responding to any of the configuration settings I set.

I just browsed your website: www.magicfancydress.co.uk/ , added some products to cart, i can see the "Login Panel" at the top. Were you able to resolve your problem by yourself? Do you still need help?

Ohh by the way, i am seeing you have done lots of customization to our VM Template. And you said you are using VM2.0.6.
Once you upgrade your Virtuemart to VM2.0.10, you will have to update our VM Template as well. (when you need it, let me know, you are eligible to receive free updates) Because lots of things have been changed with VM2.0.10 and we updated our VM Template as well. But once you update our VM Template, everything will back to stock and you will lose your customizations. So be aware of this fact. IF you don't remember what file you customized (within our VM Template of course), then you can't bring them back. I hope you understand what i am saying...

I did manage to solve it, but it involved a little hack - by copying the login script, then placing it into the default_pricelist.php, so not really the right approach but hey.

There's no major rush to upgrade at the moment, but I'll let you know if I do, and will back everything up!
