Here I need to know (attached is a picture):

1,4,5- I need the text to be higher. I believe is too small. How can increase the font size?
2- the gif with shipping is too small. I need to be higher, and if is possible to be moved a little bit in the right
3- I your demo is something with shipping. Please give me your html code, or show me how did you do that , because I like very much.
