I want to add some text in the registration form like shown in attached image but I don't know how I should do that.

Hi,

You can add/delete field via VM Configuration --> Shopper Fields

BE VERY CAREFULL while playing around with those shopper fields. It is quite easy to mess things up. Take a backup first!
