Hello, I have many errors a day of this type:

This is the first time i am seeing that kind of an error message. Weird.

But sounds like a Core Joomla error message, caused by corrupted configuration.php file.

Take a look:

Can you try applying this patch below?
github.com/joomla/jissues/commit/3f4d63152e354ea84bf975b9a867885e88b2a483

(add that line to ROOT/configuration.php file)
