Hi,

Of course you can create, Creating multiple language website, has nothing to do with template. It is all about "Joomla itself".

After you take care the "multi language setup in Joomla" in general; You may get trouble with dealing with the "multi language Mega Menu" though; for the complete "Multi-language Setup" (including the joomla itself and Mega Menu), check this tutorial: www.t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-customization#multiple-language

FYI: SportMart uses T3 Joomla Framework in the backend.
FYI #2: Don't forget to apply the language setup for Virtuemart itself as well. Check this link for more info about Virtuemart MultiLanguage: docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/214-multilanguage-and-multlingual.html

After you are all done with these setup, you can use the "Language Switcher" module in the right-toolbar module position; so user can switch the language of the website.
