Hi,

What is your Virtuemart and SportMart versions? This problem doesn't exist in the SportMart Live Demo with latest versions.

Live Demo uses (which are the latests):
Virtuemart: v3.0.18
SportMart: v3.3

Please test it yourself; open demo.flexiblewebdesign.com/sportmart/index.php and click "Register" link from right-toolbar then click "Register & Checkout" button.

Hi,

You can solve this problem with simple CSS

1- Open this CSS file:
ROOT//sportmart/templates/flexible_sportmart/css/virtuemart.css

2- scroll to the bottom and add these CSS rules:

label.username:after, 
label.name:after, 
label.password:after, 
label.password2:after {
    content: " * ";
}

the result will be:
