this lightmart template seems to have been realized to allows everybody (even for people like me whitout big programming knowledge) to customize it easily !

for example,
if you want to change the header design:
the main structure: your site \templates\flexible_lightmart\layouts\template.php
=> you can add new <div> in <div id="headerbar" class="clearfix" ...

and (before the <div id="menubar" class="clearfix">)

and for css : your site \ templates\flexible_lightmart\css\

after that, where I can change this picture to my new header design?

Jimmy, please be more specific because i didn't understand what exactly you are asking.
Do you want to eliminate that "white space" in the screenshot?

As far as i concern; the white space comes from the "top" module position, it is hard to say it by looking at the screenshot. And i don't know why it is blank. There should be 3D slideshow in that module position. Did you publish a blank module in that module position?

Of course you can.

- Open the "Module Manager",
- Click "Create New Module" button (the orange NEW+ button at top-right corner)
- Select "Custom HTML".
- Insert that image in the editor.
- Publish the module in top-a module position
- Make sure the module is published only on homepage, not any other menu items.

So you will have this image, instead of "slideshow" in the top-a module position on homepage.

(the slideshow module was already published in the "top-a" module position, basically you need to replace the slideshow with a Custom HTML module)
