After updating VM I have a problem with shopping cart, opening tabs and product zooming, that is what I see on first look. I install everything like you describe in your update 1.2 and I try step by step installation few times and problem is still here. Before update everything was fine. Please help

I browsed your website, added an test product, the zoom effect works okay, the TABs are working just fine.
I found everything okay. Did you fix the problems by yourself already?

Yes, I made a fresh install with latest update, that was the only solution for me in that moment, unfortunately. For now new version working fine.
