server.wnmedia.se/sakerhetspartner/ Im helping a client here to isntall a special one-page checkout cart that we have developed for Virtuemart 2. Thing is there is alot of conflicts and scirpt problem now with the Flexible LightMart template.

What can I do to have a clean Virtuemart 2 cart at checkout? ..

It will be a major job - all the one page check outs I know off do not use either the root VM template files or any template over-ride VM files

One of the reasons for our templates is to give a psuedo one page checkout - but we don't touch any files that aren't natively over-rideable..

You can try renaming the cart folder in the template com_virtuemart folder - but it really isn't a support for our templates question..

You can over-ride completely Lightmart by renaming the com_virtuemart but this may give you other problems

If you want to preserve the LightMart in Virtuemart related pages, but only want to remove its effectiveness in checkout page, then only rename this folder:

/templates/flexible_lightmart/html/com_virtuemart/cart
to
/templates/flexible_lightmart/html/com_virtuemart/cart2

Then LightMart will be inactive in Virtuemart Checkout page, and you will get back to official Virtuemart Checkout page layout. Now you can install a 3rd party one-page checkout plugin which won't generate any Conflict issue because now you are using original Virtuemart layout in shopping cart page.
