when having for example 2 modules located in inner bottom. 1 on left saide and 1 on right side.

by default they are 50% width each for nice and dynamic layout.

however,

how can make so for example left side is 25% width and right side is 75% width.

i cant find this edit anywhere

The module widths are calculated automatically... so you will need to target it with some css
 
 #innerbottom .width50 {
 width:66% !important;
 }
 #innerbottom .width50:first-child {
 width:33% !important;
 }
