The template will not accept my details after paying for this template over a week ago?

I can see the money has gone from my account, but no working template without errors.

This is just plain frustrating..


ERROR: Your Username or Order Number is missing. These are requirement DATAs for license validation.
Please open template settings through 'Joomla! Template Manager' and enter your flexiblewebdesign.com username and 4-Digits Order Number that you have got when purchased this template. Make sure you type them correctly! Have them entered alway, even though you are in your localhost or in a testing-server to avoid possible taken down.

Its missing cause IT WONT ACCEPT IT?

Also does this mean I will have this error at the top of my site whenever your server is down?

Illegal variable _files or _env or _get or _post or _cookie or _server or _session or globals passed to script.

We are using Google Apps for domain validation procedure, so the domain validation server will never be down. So no matter our server is down, you wont have any problem with validation. Have you ever experinced down in google? This is never gona happen. Use a different browser to save your orderId And Username, (chrome, safari or IE) . Template configuration fails to be saved in some browser in some computer, it has nothing to do with server, it is a simple and plain browser issue. Just try a different browser to save your order number and username in the template configuration and it should work out just fine. tried config page and searching about it but nothing working for me.
Any advise on how I can get short description on products page working?

Assume you have short desc set?

what's the url where I can see this?

the logic is just

i.e. if s_desc is not empty..
