I just make a fresh install with new update , everything looks working great , just the toolbar is not static as before , shoul I change a setting to make it work?

Yes, the toolbar is not static to top anymore, because it was creating lots of problem while making the website responsive.
The IOS Devices (iPhone only, not iPad) can't handle those sticky toolbar JavaScript lines when the layout is responsive (while changing the orientation from portrait to landscape..everything was messed up and the screen freezes)

Unfortunately this feature should have been eliminated. I might put that option in the template configuration though, something like "Enable/Disable Static Toolbar" in case for those who won't be using the responsive layout, can enable that sticky toolbar option.

This will be the first thing to do in the next version. I am noting it.
