The percentage won't show on my product discount, it only shows the amount of the discount.

I have taken pictures as examples, and also took a picture of my current configurations on the VM.

the percentage is calculated on the fly in the template around lines 391 of

templates/flexible_darkmart/html/com_virtuemart/category/default.php

it uses this if statement

then the % is appended by JS

has a config as the screen shot - so only one check box different from you - hmmm

can you try unchecking the one box and check if you have those lines above -
if so there should be some JS in the head appending a class FlexiblePercentage

I got it to work, for future reference the discount only works if you set your Tax and Calculation Rules exactly like the one in the screenshot, you have to have a TAX for every product.
