Please create a new topic ONLY if you are experiencing a problem about the extension/template that you have purchased from us.

The problem you are having has nothing to do with our template, therefore i can't help you with that.

Try creating a topic on forum.virtuemart.net
AND!! instead of attaching a screenshot, provide your website URL when create a topic on forum.virtuemart.net

Because asking help by screenshot, is like: asking cure from a Doctor by showing the patient's picture. The doctor needs to see the patient, right? Pictures/screenshots are useless.
