You can use CSS and !important to override that opacity value.

Open any CSS file that your website loads, lets say this: /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/template.css

and include this CSS rule:

It will override the 0.2 and it will become 0.5 instead.

Case solved
Now i discover a bug and i dont know what it is?
When i have the firebug open, its shows me this fault (look image) and ridirect to the flexibleVM2Global.css to correct something
but i dont know what ?
And when i push the debug info tells me to contact with sharethis for some key .I dont know what is this
Can you tell me what is that fault and how to solved it?

This problem has absolutely nothing to do with flexibleVM2Global.css. Indeed, this has nothing to with "any" CSS file.
It is because you are loading sharethis.com's JS file and the share buttons in your website without providing sharethis.com's account ID. Don't use sharethis.com's service, but instead use www.addthis.com to generate share buttons.

I know you didn't do it; but one of the extensions in your joomla is loading sharethis.com's buttons without the account ID and this is the source of the console warning. Find that module to load those share buttons and disable it.
