I get 404 error on my homepage, I didn`t modified anything lately, it is possible to be a copyright protection. I asking that because on template settings admin side I have the following line in red: "Make sure you enter two fields below correctly! to avoid possible taken down."

P.S. the site is under construction and is on subdomain: shoemall.ro/new/

First of all your website has been blacklisted by google and yandex since 9/9/2013. I am seeing a "warning" on my screen if i ever try to visit your website. You should remove your website from these blacklist.

But the 404 problem you are having has nothing to do with that. Make sure your "HOME" menu item is linked to an article that is exist and published. You might have deleted the "homepage" article accidentally which will cause that 404 error page on the homepage.
