Hi,
Open your FTP server and check if this file is exist:
yourdomain.com/templates/template_darkmart/config
(this is a file without a file extension)
If this is exist;
- Give this file a write access. (try CHMOD 644, then raise it to 755 if still doesn't work, and lastly make it CHMOD 777)
If this file isn't exist:
- Then rename this file:
yourdomain.com/templates/template_darkmart/config.default
to
yourdomain.com/templates/template_darkmart/config
And then give a write access to that file.
config.default is just the backup, in case you lost the
config file.
yourdomain.com/templates/template_darkmart/config
is very important file and store your template configuration settings and rewritten when you make some changes in the template configuration (from template configuration section through your joomla backend).
If nothing works no matter what you do (giving write access etc..), you can open that file with your TEXT Editor (notepad) and manually change the parameters to appropriate spaces.
For instance: make the 1st as follow:
{"flexible_username":"YOUR_USERNAME","flexible_ordernumber":"YOUR_ORDERNUMBER","profile_default":"default","profile_dynamic":"0"...........
Put your username and order number to appropriate place.
Regards.
