There are many different ways to do it. For the easiest solution; see this topic:

Another way is;
1- Open this PHP file:
/templates/flexible_coolmart/flexible/systems/joomla/layouts/head.php
2- Load the Google Fonts (with ordinary < link > tag)
example:<link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
3- Open this CSS file:
/templates/flexible_coolmart/custom.css
4-Use the font-family rule for specific class/tag name(s)
example:body,
h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,
.someClassName,
.someClassName2,
.someClassName3 { font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; }
