Hello,i have the coolmart template installed in my webpage.
Today i had an error,when i click in the back end of virtuemart the save or the cancel button, inside on a product details page,it redirects me to the front page (www.the-jewellery.gr) of the website.
I don't know if it is a server problem or something else.

My domain is www.the-jewellery.gr
My user name at flexible is cron
And my order number was eCommerce Purchase Order - 2572

First of all, really sorry for the delayed response. Support crew is on summer vacation thus it causes some delay on replying inquiries.
I left alone and trying to catch up. But, starting from August 15, vocations will be over and everything will be get back to normal like before. Normally our support-get-back time is within 2 business days.

You should be aware that, CoolMart is a template. Templates are active only in the front-end. They are absolutely no effect in the backend of Joomla or backend of Virtuemart.

Looks like you are experiencing a jQuery-MooTools conflict problem in the backend of Virtuemart (if i didn't misunderstand you) thus this failure can't be related to our template CoolMart.

#2) On the page where you are experiencing this problem, open the Browser Console (For Chrome browser, it is here: View >> Developer >> JavaScript Console), and check if there are any red jQuery conflict error messages (TypeError)

Try to update your Virtuemart to latest VM2.x version. Or disable the plugin(s) if you have installed any backend-plugin recently.
