i updated to coolmart 1.3, replaced my customised css 2 files and replaced the facebook likes section on the product page so i know it updated - but the plugin and the template manager both show it is still 1.2 ?

don't worry about it. Because the plugin hasn't been updated, just the files were updated. CoolMart 1.3 was a small update and it was all related to layout bugs (that have been reported recently -- including you)

Actually you didn't need update CoolMart to 1.3, because i have already applied the same patches to your website when you provided me your FTP.
