I have a jquery problem when i push an item in "NUESTRAS MARCAS" module. You can see if you push the first item "AMAT".

But, for example if you push the item "QUER" works fine.

This is not a conflict or jQuery. It is a problem of SEF URL.
For benchmark testing, disable the SEF URL feature and this problem will be gone.

Are you using any 3rd party SEF URL generation component (such as; sh404sef or ArtioSEF)?
Then, "Purge" the already generated URL's, and let the component re-generate the SEF URL's.

One more thing. Did you create a menu items for manufacturer links? This might also interrupt the SEF URL generation.

will open the "Manufacturer" page of "SPECIALIZED".

if you click the: "Ver los productos de SPECIALIZED" link, it was supposed to list all the product of "SPECIALIZED". but it won't on your website. It shows a blank page. No products.

I believe, this is a bug of VM2.0.26d

The guy is having exactly the same problem as you have with VM2.0.26d

So, i suggest you to upgrade your Virtuemart to the latest version.
I strongly believe this problem will be gone.

This problem doesn't happen in our Live DEMO though. CoolMart Live demo uses VM2.6.0

For example, Click this link:

(it is the "Manufacturer" page of "BURBERRY")

Then click the "View all Burberry Products" link. It will load all the products from "BURBERRY".

(you may try to enable official beez_20 joomla template for benchmarking, the result won't change)

lists the products from SPECIALIZED manufacturer. So it is working now (previously the above link was giving empty page on your website)

4 days ago, SPECIALIZED manufacturer URL wasn't showing any products. I remember, I checked it by myself. But today, SPECIALIZED manufacturer is working just fine. Apparently you have already found the solution, but you just don't know it yet.

Try to remember what you have done recently. What you have changed in the backend, and why SPECIALIZED now shows the products? but still not the others?

For a better testing, use the official NON-SEF URL's (they will work even though SEF URL is enabled)

For example;

To list products from SPECIALIZED manufacturer:
www.union-bike.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_manufacturer_id=28

To open SPECIALIZED manufacturer page:
www.union-bike.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=manufacturer&virtuemart_manufacturer_id=28

(the manufacturer id of SPECIALIZED is 28, change the number at the end to test the other manufacturers)

Dear support...my client is add new products in my web....and the problem is when i began to create the web. There are some problems with manufacturers..but i don´t know why only in some manufactureres and not in all..

i create a new manufacturer "prueba" with no data and not products....and broken the web...

I create other manual module(menu) add manufacturers and broken the web...

i used your extension "Flexible - Virtuemart Product Carousel (for VM2)" and this modules generated the problem jquery. if you click in manufacturer module generated an error but if you disabled this module (""Flexible - Virtuemart Product Carousel (for VM2)") the module manufactureres works fine...

I change jquery fix in module´s configuration to yes but not works.

This module products errors when i resize the web in responsive mode....not see fine...

The functionality of "Manufacturer" link can't be related to "Carousel" module. They are apples and oranges. They can't effect each other. It doesn't make any sense.

And the problem with the "Manufacturer Link" has nothing to do with jQuery. It is much more serious thing.

If there is a jQuery issue, then you will see red warning in the Firebug Console and the jQuery dependent effects won't work (for example; drop-down shopping cart won't slide-down when mouse-hovered).

Do you see a RED WARNING in the console window of Firebug? I thought i have fixed it already. There shouldn't be any RED WARNING. In what URL exactly you are seeing the jQuery Error (RED WARNING)

Also don't attempt to enable the jQuery FIX ever. That option is not for your website. It is for very rare situations.

For example, in this page:

Where the carousel module is being used, there is no jQuery conflict.



TIP: If you want to publish only 1 product, then don't use the Carousel Module, it will increase the page loading time. Instead, use the official VM - Product Module.

Finally, the Product Carousel Module is not a responsive module. And wasn't developed for responsive layouts. (unless you use the vertical-theme). Because with the "vertical-theme" the width of the module is already small and suitable for smartphones. But if you use horizontal-themes, then there will be layout corruption. Because the module width won't be resized automatically based on the device resolution.
