Hi,
Disregard what you have been told before. I am now providing you a solution that will work in all situations (with/without sidebar-a or sidebar-b)
1- Open this CSS file:
/templates/flexible_coolmart/css/custom.css
and remove this CSS rule:
#maininner { float: left; }
2- Then open this PHP file:
/templates/flexible_coolmart/layouts/template.php
find the style declaration in that file, and look to screenshot below:

include below lines to there.
<?php if ($this['modules']->count('sidebar-b')) : ?>
#maininner { float:left;}
<?php endif; ?>
Eventually the style declaration will look like this:

TIP: So the
#maininner will have
float:left rule
only if there is a module in
sidebar-b position. Which will eliminates all the layout problems.
This solution is tested and confirmed.
