You did the correct thing. Create support ticket here and somebody from our team, will try to solve your problem.

This issue must be because of the jQuery conflict problem. Because both "Enlarge View" and "TABs" require jQuery Library to run.

(The jQuery conflict issues are usually caused by loading multiple jQuery library at the same time)

Try it, if no luck. Then provide me your website URL. Let me see browse your website. And see what kind of console error you website generates.

and make sure this parameter is enabled:




About the custom field. What is that custom field? What's the name of its type? Is it a 3rd party custom field plugin?
If it is a 3rd party custom field plugin, i can't help you with that. You need to contact the developer of that 3rd party plugin.

i am not using 3rd party plugin, i did not install anything yet after the installation of coolmart.. i just created a list option and the cart attibutes..

I solved your problem.

I was right about jQuery conflict problem.

I applied the same exact thing to your website to solve the conflict problem:

1- Installed the jQueryEasy plugin
2- Chose "jQuery1.7" <--- This is important, you need to choose jQuery1.7
3- The problem has been solved by itself.

You need to do the same thing to your other websites.
