Hmm, that's interesting. I don't know what went wrong. Never seen an error like that before.

I can assure you, this has nothing to do with our template, and it is 100% related to Joomla itself.
But i will try to help you on this.

Hi,

I created the "ru-RU" language through Language Manager >> Content, made the Russian default language in your website.
You can take care the rest.

Since all the Virtuemart Categories and Products are created by using English language. Most of them won't be opened.
- Delete the VM categories
- Delete the VM Products

and instead, add yours (by using the Russian Language suffix)

About the FATAL Errors.
As i told you, those FATAL errors look much more serious than a simple template or coding errors. Those are server related issues.

Apparently your server doesn't support using the constants of
FILTER_SANITIZE_NUMBER_INT and FILTER_FLAG_STRIP_LOW

I have eliminated those filter constants from administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/vrequest.php file and everything looks working fine now.

Notice: You may face some issues in the future, because those 2 filters aren't being used currently. Hopefully it won't give you any more trouble. You may need to contact your hosting administrator and ask about it. Because it has something to do with your server definitely.

What is your server's PHP version by the way? If you don't know, create a blank PHP file and type these lines in it:
<?php
    phpinfo();
?>
Upload that PHP file to your hosting and browse it in your browser. You will see what PHP version your server is currently using.

According to www.virtuemart.net, the minimum PHP version to run the VM2.6 is PHP5.3.10
Reference: virtuemart.net/news/latest-news/456-virtuemart-are-proud-to-release-vm2-6#requirements

If your PHP version is lower than 5.3.10, your options you may consider;

1- Downgrade to Virtuemart 2.0.26d (which is absolutely not recommended)
2- Changing your hosting company to a better one that offers PHP 5.3.10+
3- Contact your hosting's customer service and ask them to upgrade the PHP version at least to 5.3.10
4- Live with it, but get prepared to problems you may be faced.

PHP Version 5.3.13

1. Blank screen : www.honda-bf-90.ru/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=config
2. Strict Standards: Declaration of LiveUpdateController::display() should be compatible with that of JController::display() in /home/izer/honda-bf-90.ru/docs/administrator/components/com_virtuemart_allinone/classes/controller.php on line 16

-> Changing hosting company?

Hi,

"Strict Standards" error doesn't serious error messages, and you can live with them. adding
error_reporting(0);

to those PHP files will disable the strict standards error reporting. But, FATAL errors... it is different story. Fatal error will either generate error message that you can't disable, or you will end up with a completely blank page like you have in here:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=config

without accessing that Virtuemart Config page, you can't control your Virtuemart at all, you can't live with that.

You would probably need to change your hosting company and find a better linux/Apache hosting. (such as; bluehost.com, inmotionhosting.com dreamhost.com, or a Russian local hosting company) If your visitors will be from Russia mostly, i would recommend you to go with a local hosting company though, so the page loading speed will be better. The closer you are located to server (data center of your hosting company), the faster your website will open on your screen (the ping will be decreased)

If you decide to purchase hosting from bluehost.com, inmotionhosting.com or dreamhost.com, don't think twice, they are good! but those hosting companies are U.S based companies, so their data centers are mostly located in U.S (some of them offers European data center as well, but i don't know the details, do research about it).

You are just starting developing a website, so i would strongly suggest you to change your hosting company and start your journey with a better one. Because your concern must be improving the UI and improvising the user-experience, not dealing with messy error messages.

Before changing your hosting company, you may try to downgrade your Virtuemart from 2.6 to 2.0.26d which is one version older and doest require higher PHP version...but again, I won't recommend you to do it though.

OR you may try this, just to be sure you have no option other than changing the hosting;
- Install a fresh new joomla and use default template: beez_20 -- download j2.5.19 from www.joomla.org
- Install a fresh new Virtuemart component -- download vm2.6 from www.virtuemart.net

just install these two and see how your hosting responds. If you see one single error message anywhere (because you shouldn't see any), you will have a clear idea that: "YOUR HOSTING COMPANY IS LACK OF SUPPORTING VIRTUEMART AND JOOMLA" then take an immediate action and change your hosting company right away.
