How Does Our Web Design Process Work?

1 - Request A Quote

All our services begin with a "Request A Quote" to determine your requirements. Our experienced business analysts work closely with you to determine your exact needs and desires, and will complete a detailed design worksheet itemizing all your requirements. This helps us gather information about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals, and more.The consultation step is very important because we are committed to providing you with solutions that will work for you!

2 - Agreement

After you send us an email or fill out the "Request A Qoute" form. We will contact you as soon as possible. According your needs we figure out what kind of website do you want, how much is it going to cost you, and how much time it might take estimately. You can even quote your webdesign project based on our very straight forward pricing policy which can be seen from our packages and pricing page. If you request any custom compenent / module / extension which is not listed in one of the "Designing Packages", we would bid you a new price. And then wait for get your approval to new our bid.

3 - Building Layout & Mockup

We will ask you to provide some sample websites you like, colors scheme you like, some of your competitors’ websites URL (as samples) and any document you can provide us (PDF, DOC or anything). Once you provide these information to us, usually within 2 working days, you will get a "mockup" design of Home-Page and one additional page ("Contact" or "About Us" page). This mockup gives you first impression about your brand new website and gives a clue of what your website will look like when it's completed. At this stage, you and the designer work closely to develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly.

4 - First Payment: %50 Deposit

In this step, According to "mockup", you have to decide if you want to work with us or not. After receiving your final approval on the "mockup". We expect you %50 deposit of agreed amount to start other pages designing.

5 - See the Constructions Status Anytime and Send Feedbacks.

We upload every page one by one to our testing server, and we would give the exact adress of our testing server. Your testing URL to see the progress will be likely: http://testing.flexiblewebdesign.com/yourbusinessname. You will be able to check the construction status at any time. You can see completed pages and send feedbacks or critics about anything you don’t like and want us  to change them, any time!

6 - Pre-Launch Evaluation

After every page is completed, we will want you to visit our testing server and see the website as a whole, so you will make sure everything is okay and exactly how you want them. Then we will wait for your final approval to the design and request your hosting account username and password to install your brand new website to you real domain.

7 - Second Payment: %50 Finalize

After final approval. We would expect the Second Payment: %50 Final payment of agreed amount

8 - Launching Your Website

Right after %50 Finalize payment has been received, your website will be installed in your domain, and it will be live for all the world to see!

9- Ongoing Support

After your website is launched, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your web site to accommodate your requests, user feedback, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies.

10 - We'll be available to you

Our job is not design the website and then leave our clients alone. We are supportive to our clients, all the time! You will be eliable to hire one of designer with an affordable hourly rates for ongoing updates in the future.
