Looks like you have used your Max download: 999 times quota. I am sure you didn't, as you have said, you downloaded only twice. But i have seen this situation before. Make sure not to use any 3rd party download managers to download the file from server. Download Managers (especially 3rd parties) requests parallel download to increase the download speed (which makes sense). But our backend counts each of those parallel requests as 1-download.
I just reset your download count back to 999 and sent your new download link to your email address. Your link will remain valid until: Expiry: Friday, 17 April 2015
