Hi there I've purchased a Flexible Zoom Effect and it is not working on my template VP SuperMart can you pls advice ive followed the tutorials for Virtuemart 2.x and it is installed correctly without errors .

Since you are using a 3rd party Virtuemart Template, the installation procedure can be little different. Just installing and activating the plugin won't work because each 3rd party template uses different different structure to load product pictures. The installation procedure has been explained in the TUTORIAL.PDF file, but if you couldn't make it work then let me do it for you. We provide free-installation service.
