We currently have a problem where the image on checkout is stretched and looks very bad.
Please can you supply us with a solution to resize this image to only thumbnail on the checkout as the customer already has seen the full image on item view.

Apparently your joomla template also tries to style those images, thus causes a CSS conflict. It can be fixed with a simple CSS touch but I need to see your website to provide you the patch. What is your website URL?

Open this CSS file:
/templates/rt_callisto/html/com_virtuemart/assets/css/flexible.css

scroll to the very bottom and include this CSS rule:
you will be good to go.

I have added these changes to the file specified at the end of the file, but the problem still persists.
I can supply you with our control panel login details if you want to have a look why this still occurs.

I am seeing that you didn't put the CSS rules into this file: flexible.css (may be you put it into wrong file?)

Please browse this file in your browser:
thatmagnesium.com/templates/rt_callisto/html/com_virtuemart/assets/css/flexible.css

scroll to the bottom and you won't see the rules that i told you to put so.
