We currently have an issue with the customer details module.
The module has a scroll function and is not fixed which confuse the customers.

Please supply us with a solution to this problem to have these fields fixed as on normal virtuemart.

this screenshot makes no sense to me. Indeed; I don't think it is related to our CleanMart template though. We don't provide free-support for a case that has absolutely nothing to do with our template.

FYI: Browser scrollbars are styled by Browser and Operating systems. For example, in Mac OSX with Chrome/Safari, the scroll bars are invisible by default (there is a setting the in Chrome Configuration to make them fixed). Scroll bars appear only for a limited time 2-3 seconds, if you actually scroll, then they fadeout again. But on Mac Osx Firefox, scroll bars are fixed and visible.

This might be different in Windows with Chrome/Safari/Firefox.

I hope you understand what i am saying. There are javaScript plugin and CSS rules to style the scrollbars (so the scrollbars are not styled by browsers anymore).. But this is out of the scope of our free-support. You can purchase premium support if you want us to take a look at your website.

Alternatively you can fix this problem by disabling the "Scrolling" within the page completely. Disable the "overflow:auto" for the parent element that covers those fields and the scrolling within in the page will be gone. But again, this is out of scope of our free-support. We don't provide free support for customization requests.

I hope the new image will supply you with more clarity on the problem that we have with the template.
In the standard Virtuemart the client fields are not blocked in where the client has to scroll to the end to checkout.
We would like to disable this function in the template.

As i have told you before: You can fix this problem by disabling the "scrolling" within the page completely. Disable the "overflow:auto" for the parent element that covers those fields and the scrolling within in the page will be gone.

If you don't know how to do it; then provide me a URL from your website where i can see this scrolling. After i see it, after i see the source codes, i can then provide you the CSS patch. But i must see the problem in action. By just looking at a screenshot, i can't tell anything.

I am seeing that you didn't put the CSS rule into this file: flexible.css (may be you put it into wrong file?)

Please browse this file in your browser:

scroll to the bottom and you won't see the rule that i told you to put.
