Hi,

That text comes from Virtuemart Core Language Ini file. Try to find it on of these language files (i can't be sure where it comes from specifically, but change it on all of these below)

/administrator/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_virtuemart.ini
/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_virtuemart.ini

/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_virtuemart.ini
/components/com_virtuemart/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_virtuemart.ini
