We are using VM 3.0.12 on Joomla 3.3.6 with the latest version of CleanMart. You can see the site on the testing server at 162.144.91.24

The white box with with one featured category item in it is the only display I could get that approaches something useful.
The default setting crashes the site.
Selecting more than one item displays them all in a vertical row.
This used to scroll from item to item.

I noticed on the error console a message related to usefancy.

Support	Hi Larry, I didn't see anything on this page: 162.144.91.24 There is no "VM Product Module" published on that page. Without seeing the failure, i can't help you. There are millions of different things might have caused that. Please publish the "VM Product" module, or at least publish the module at a certain page and provide me the URL of it. regards

Thank you for the response.
The module is published on that page.
I turned on the Title (Featured Products-VM) so it will be obvious and set the display number to 6 items.
The layout is set for No Override. Setting for default wrecks the page, showing nothing but a single product.
Setting it for single limits it to only one item.

Rather than scroll from right to left, you will notice that the items are listed vertically.
There are no scrolling buttons or arrows.

I can give you administrator access, if you need it.

I just discovered this, but I don't know how to address it.

Hi,

I am seeing you have upgraded the CleanMart to a new version (from V2 to V3). But you are still using the old files for /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/hml/mod_virtuemart_products/ folder that were supposed to support for VM2.x, which is not okay!

All i did was, took the new /mod_virtuemart_products/ from "Drag-ann-Drop" Folder of CleanMart's new version, and upload (overwrite) it your website. Everything gets back to work just fine.

That is odd. We used FTP to send over the new files.
Nevertheless, you have fixed that problem and we appreciate it.

However, after the update, we are now seeing an error message on some older clients.

Error

vmError: Model Userfields, country with id USA not found
The clients in question show United States instead of USA as country.
Is this related to the theme or is there a table in VM3 that needs adjustment?

Hi,

Did you try to change the title of "United States" to "USA"? Or tried to add a new country as "USA"?

Looks like it is a db problem. The country: USA is missing an ID in the country list. Weird. This is definitely a Virtuemart Core related thing and can't have anything to do with template. I just googled it and found a similar topic. See this topic:

In that topic, do what Milbo (Max) has suggested -- he is the project leader of Virtuemar Team, so he knows the best ;)
