Big problem here... Once in the cart, you change the shipping method, hit save, and nothing happens. It shows again the default selected method.

As i am seeing on your website. You are using a 3rd party checkout plugin (One-Page Checkout) on checkout page.

You have to contact to developers of that plugin, because your checkout page doesn't use CleanMart anymore.
