Do I have to uninstall the plugin before installing 3.1?

I've installed the latest plugin 3 times but after install the Plugin still shows "Your Version: 3.0"...

Suggestions?

Don't worry about it. Looks like we forgot to change the version number in the plugin XML file.
It is just the number and doesn't effect anything. The Release Notes TXT file shows the correct version of CleanMart.
