Joomla 2.5.27 and VM 2.6.12.2

(The cleanmart template is currently disabled there, as customers cannot purchase items when it is enabled).

Problem #1:

Customers cannot check out using your template as they cannot select a shipping method. This is not a problem when the template is disabled.

Problem #2:

Thumbnails are not displayed for any additional images uploaded for the product. This is not a problem when the template is disabled.

Problem #3:

The dropdown for states/territories is not working. This is not a problem when the template is disabled.

I purchased this template (because I like it...) over 2 months ago, and first raised issues here over 2 months ago also. As yet I have not successfully implemented this template. If these are configuration issues, then clarification would be great . . . and thank you. If this template will not work, then I would like to request a refund.

Hi,

There is a patch for the #1 problem. This problem usually happens when a 3rd party shipping plugin is used. (UPS, USPS etc..) the solution is to disable the AJAX loading and switching back to original VirtueMart's layout for selecting and loading the shipping rates.

I don't understand the #2 problem. Doesn't make sense to me. I need to see the failure alive on your website.

Problem #3, is easy to solve. Navigate to Joomla Backend >> VM Configuration >> Template, find this option: Use jQuery chosen for dropdowns in FE and disable it.

To avoid getting orders or cause any confusion to your visitors, before i start working on your website; I will temporarily make your Joomla "offline" and put a notification that says: "Website maintenance.
