The account is not created when registering a new user through the basket. And not sent a letter with a confirmation code.
In other cases mail works fine. Help me, please.

CleanMart has absolutely nothing to do sending emails upon registration. In fact, CleanMart has nothing to with preparing/sending any kind of email at all. (registration,order confirmation, invoice etc..)

It is directly related to Virtuemart Core, indeed; sending an email upon registration is also nothing to Virtuemart Core as well. It is related to Joomla itself.

First, you should determine who's fault it is; and look for solution later. Check forum.joomla.org or search it on google.com to look for solutions.

We don't provide free support if the problem is not directly related to our templates/extensions.
