I have this module Flexible - Modern Slider for Virtuemart and i will show only the parent product from categories
and not all the product (parent and childs products)

Then you should do it through Virtuemart Configuration by disabling this:

Open the "child products" one by one and delete the "Categories".

DON'T ASSIGN ANY CATEGORY FOR CHILD PRODUCTS. Because child product doesn't require any category.

I am sorry but there is no other way around. Why did you assign category to "child products" in the first place though?

You weren't supposed to assign categories to them, because they are meant to be left as non-categorized.

(therefore they won't show up in "Site Search" as well)
