Open this CSS file:
www.sxk.com.au/modules/mod_flexible_cart/media/theme1.css

scroll to the bottom, and include these CSS rules:

#vmCartModule{display:block;text-align:center; padding:20px 0 10px 0;}

The result will be:

TIP: Open the Module configuration and choose the "Module Orientation" as RIGHT. So the "dropdown" will open on the left side of cart-icon (currently it is on the right-side)

Support	ohh i see why you picked LEFT. Maybe you should move the module to one of the upper module positions. Top-right corner of the website is usually best way to put the shopping cart module. Anyway, i am marking this case as solved and closing the topic. regards.
