Hello,

My configuration is Joomla! 2.5.27 + VirtueMart 2.6.12.2

My domain is; www.medisanatr.com

My problems are like below

- When I click "add to cart" on an item page, when the fancybox comes if I close the fancy box window or if I click somewhere on the screen to close the window, the cart is not updating
- At the dropdown cart, when I click "remove" on the item at the cart it is blocking the system, tries to remove but is not removing and blocks the cart
- When I click the cart on mobile(iphone) it is opening but never closing back (stays on the screen, it is not hiding)
- there is no scroll possibility in the cart, for example if I select a few items, after the 3rd row I am not able to display, I can not scroll down

hi,

- AJAX loading are taken by this plugin: vm2_cart.zip (you can find this file in the installation ZIP file). Make sure to install this plugin to your Joomla and "published" it.

- Is the same smartphone behavior happen in our Live Demo as well?

- It is because the "header" section -- that you put the dropdown module in it -- is "fixed" to the top. Therefore the page scrolling is not being effective to dropdown module (and the header)

But; you can try this;
open this CSS file: //modules/mod_flexible_cart/media/theme1.css

and include this CSS rule:
#vmCartModule #product_list { max-height: 400px; overflow-y: auto;}

so, the "dropdown box" will have maximum of 400px, and if the inside content is larger than 400px, the below will be visible upon scrolling within the dropdown box.

This problem is coming from template I guess but I still could not solve it

Yes unfortunatelly same in yours, the dropbox never goes back.

and include this CSS rule:

This worked perfectly fine.


And a new question please;
- Where can I set the z-index ? I tried the ones under theme1.css but not worked. My cart is hidden back the fancybox overlay .

Hi,

Please either create a topic on forum or fill out the "contact us form" (ideally, create a forum topic, it is usually the fastest). Don't do both. The person takes care the forum is different than person takes care the support emails. You would just waste our time because you will receive "the same" response from 2 different sources.

Covencideatally i replied your email about your last question: "fancybox overlay". Check your email for the solution.

About the 1st problem: the cart is not being updated
I don't see this problem on your website anymore. Once you click the "Add to Cart" button, the AJAX loading is working just fine and the dropdown shopping Cart module gets updated (the number increased by one and product is added to cart)
