we have purchased your extension "Drop Down Shoping Cart" and installed it on our online shop.

After the plugin and module activation (how indicated on explicative txt on zip file) the cart is not changed.

It's possible that is a problem of template (we use Hera template from virtuemarttemplates.eu)?

Let me take a look at your backend settings and run some benchmark tests
