Never seen this problem before, but i found this forum topic:

This is what they say about it:

make sure you didn't enter 0 for the "product per row" field through the Virtuemart Configuration >> Templates tab. Make sure your "configurations" are saved properly.

About the second issue,

There are 2 ways to solve it;
1 - Upload picture for manufacturers, make sure all manufacturer have pictures.
--- OR ----
2- Open the "Flexible VM3 Template" plugin, and disable "Show Manufacturer Logo"

FYI: check all parameters in the plugin backend and when you see "Show Manufacturer Logo", disable it --- both for category and product details page

1- As i have told you before, i have never seen that kind of error message before. Since the file that generates the file is a core VM file. I can't help you with that any further (the problem is not related to our template)

But try this;

Open this php file:
administrator/components/com_virtuemart/models/product.php

and to the top (after <?php )
include this line:
which will disable the error reporting (for that specific file). This might evaporate the error message.

2- As i am seeing in your screenshot, you disabled "Manufacturer Logo" on product details page, do it on Category pages as well.
