i am really frustrated because all didnt work as i expect and after many hours of reading searching between your forum and virtuemart ones it seems that its the template who generate anormal problems .. (Said by Virtuemart DEV) ..

First when i go to my account i cannot REdownload all your code pliz Could you fix this its really boring ... its the only one website i have to call for redownload the code when i have paid my subscription ..

For the problems i have :

go on this link and compare the links of all the products which are all in the same category .. something seems really wrong ..

so i want to redownload the code from you first and install it properly in order to see if its something wrong from the begining ..

But its urgent because for the moment i have hundreds consumer complaints because they coudnt see the products its just doesent working ..

Try to "temporarily disable the CleanMart" by renaming this folder:

/templates/rt_anacron/html/com_virtuemart/
to
/templates/rt_anacron/html/com_virtuemart2/

and re-visit this URL again:
www.kubevent.fr/location/video/ecrans-led-lcd

Once you rename that folder, you will completely disable CleanMart from VM pages. Because CleanMArt works based on Template Overriding. Then;

1- if the Links start working okay, then it means; CleanMart causing the problem and i will deeply investigate to fix the problem
2- If the links keep acting weirdly, then there is nothing i can do about it, because it is related to wrong SEF URL's

By the way, i just reset your download status and sent you the download links to your email address. Your download link remain being activate until: Expiry: Sunday, 09 November 2014 00:00

(which is exactly 6-months after your purchase date -- free updates are 6-months)

But i don't think updating CleanMart will solve this URL problem, because i strongly believe URL problem has nothing to do with CleanMart.

We keep updating/upgrading the template once a new version of VM comes out, developers will also be able to get future updates/upgrades for free

that why i have repaid one more time in order to update the code because i have updated virtuemart to 2.6.10

and sorry but my last order is this one : Order Date: 09. May 2014 + 6 month so its Expiry: Sunday, 09 November 2014 00:00 if i understand ? so why did i have paid 138 so ?

but for problems i have many created by the template it seems : look at reflexion from JJK from virtuemart and could you help me answer if its in your part ? :

did the template load extra JS now ?

The free update is only for 6-months. You paid $138 to receive free-updates for 6-months. (otherwise there won't be any free-update)

CleanMart load some extra JS files, that's true. But our template doesn't load any jQuery library, because Virtuemart is already loading one. If you have been told that your website is loading 4 jQuery library. THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH OUR TEMPLATE: CleanMart.

See your page source codes, and If the JS or CSS files are come from under this folder:
/templates/rt_anacron/html/com_virtuemart/assets/

then it means, they are being loaded by our template. But if they are not, then no. They have nothing to do with our template.

- NO, this is not true: "I doubt that fancybox2 is compatible with VirtueMart", because fancybox2 and fancybox v1 (the one that comes with VM) is completely separated. They won't conflict each other. TIP:, to eliminate the jQuery libraries and load only 1 (he is true about it, there should be only one jQuery (jQuery1.6)), read this topic to resolve that problem by yourself:
