Please, help me understand what I bought!

I bought the CLEARMART Template (http://www.flexiblewebdesign.com/Virtuemart-2-Templates/CleanMart) and I undestood that I should receive the THEME and the MODULES/PLUGINS that you show at its DEMO PAGE, isn´t it?

I just received at the invoice a link to only one download, that I made, and now I am trying to replicate the DEMO and I can´t find the MODULES/PLUGINS. Can you help me understand what is going on, please?

If I bought everything, how do I download it? And, if I haven´t bought everything, please tell me what should I buy to have the same functionalities that your DEMO shows (http://www.flexiblewebdesign.com/Virtuemart-2-Templates/CleanMart).

First of all, calm down. if CleanMart is what you need, then you bought the correct product.

You have purchased: CleanMart which is a Virtuemart 2 Template.

We sell different types of templates on FlexibleWebDesign:

1- Joomla Virtuemart Templates: It is a complete bundle package. It includes the Joomla Template + Virtuemart Template.
2- Virtuemart 2 Templates: it will be integrated to your current Joomla template and will style only Virtuemart related pages (and Virtuemart related modules)

CleanMart It is not a Joomla Template. So, it doesn’t come with modules/plugins etc (except the plugin called: “Flexible VM2 Template” which is used for changing parameters only)

But CleanMart comes with template override stylizations for the existing modules/components. (Virtuemart components, VM - Featured Product Module, VM - Search module — they are official Virtuemart extensions)

Did you read the TUTORIAL.PDF? (that you will find after you unzip the CleanMart ZIP file you downloaded from our server. Or through here: flexiblewebdesign.com/media/tutorials/cleanmart.pdf)

In the live demo of CleanMart, we have used: “Gantry Joomla Template” which is a free joomla template, that you can get through: demo.gantry-framework.org, but the purpose of CleanMart is; “people wants to use their own premium joomla template, and get CleanMart only to stylize the Virtuemart related pages”. The cPanel credentials you provided didn’t work, I am guessing the same IP restriction applied to there as well.

But anyway, I have used the ProFiles component you have installed which lets me access the PHP files. Actually i didn’t do anything with the files, i just organize the module/plugins and it was all. Because you have already uploaded the CleanMart files.

I applied the “Sample Virtuemart Products” to Virtuemart to see things alive. Also added a sample product. Everything looks just fine now on your website.

everything look fine and normal.

You can remove the current categories and products, then add yours.
