When click on the link for Reset password + forgot password I get a white page, I don't know if it template issue or not but I know it worked before.

It is a SEF URL issue and has nothing to do with our templates.
Currently your website opens the "reset password" page with this URL: buycycle.co.il/registration?view=reset

which is wrong.

Open this URL:
buycycle.co.il/index.php?option=com_users&view=login

(which is the official Joomla login page) and click the "reset password" link from that page, you will get the same white blank page.

This proves that; this is not our Virtuemart Template's fault.

TIP: the original URL for resetting password is this: buycycle.co.il/index.php?option=com_users&view=reset

Try deleting the "Joomla Menu Items" that are associated with the "user registrations".
