If first i register an user in joomla with normal joomla register in first web(click Mi cuenta on the right top corner) and later buy an article and paid in cart the register run good. But if i add an item a cart and later i register an user by virtuemart registration in cart web by cleanmart the register not run very good.


You see:

1-add an article to cart

3-3 click in registration url that i received in email registration and redirect to cart web....But here it´s the problem an error "register fail appears: Verification code not found"...if later i go to cart...other problem appears because you can see the user that register but not logged it (if you register by joomla normal registration, when you push in the url in the email registration firs it´s necessary to logged it)...the user see his data and think that it´s logged it and push "Buy now" and this error appear

If you login first you can buy but, you can to push "buy now" twice...I don´t undernstand

The error about the registration that apperars i don´t know why..but the second it´s because the web not says that i have to login first because the user see his data in the form.

I don´t know why i have to click in buy now button twice

If you buy an article not problem i delete it later

Hi,

I am sorry Raúl Ramón Val,

but i can't help you anymore with your website. Because i have already tried help you more than enough even though i wasn't supposed to, because 90% of your inquiries you have asked weren't directly caused by CleanMart. Those were incompatibility issues.

This inquiry as well has nothing to do with our template. It is not a bug of CleanMart. If it was a bug, then the same thing would be happening in our Live DEMO as well.

Quick TIP: Disable "Account Activation" through Joomla User Configuration. Because even though user fill out the registration form, if the account hasn't been activated yet, the user will be still non-registered user. This is why you both seeing the "Billing Address " information and the login form at the same time. Because the user provides the billing address, but still he/she hasn't been a "user" yet. So, the checkout automatically becomes "guest checkout". It is what it is with the Virtuemart, and has nothing to do with CleanMart.
