There is no way to disable the TITLE through backend, but you can use this trick:

Open this CSS file:
/templates/rt_kirigami/css/rt_kirigami-custom.css

and include this CSS rule:

#SpecificationsBottom .product-fields-title {display:none;}

and the duplication will be gone.
