HI in my account the version is for virtuemart 1.0.18a could you send me or update my account to have the 2.0.22b virtuemart compatibility ? Thanks .

We never store any old versions of our extensions/templates in our server.
So it means, if you are able to "download" anything from our server, it means you are downloading the most recent version for sure.

What ever type in your "account window" is for the records only. At the time you purchased the template from us, vm2.0.18 was the latest.

If you update Virtuemart Component, you should update the PureMart as well. For updating PureMart:

1- Download the most recent version from our server (the latest version of PureMart is v3.7 and it is fully compatible with VM2.0.22)

2- Install this plugin to your joomla: plg_flexibleTemplate.zip

3- Upload these 3 folders:
/com_virtuemart/
/mod_virtuemart_cart/
/mod_virtuemart_search/

to here in your FTP:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/

Then your PureMArt will be updated.

Yes, I can see we purchased something with a 6 months free update plan.
We have several projects and this in particular had a long-period stop. I can understand it was clear that the subscription was not eternal, but this is a loss for us. We cannot say we are satisfied.

Updates are extremely important for our templates, we care about it, and spend time on them. We are periodically update/improve our templates to make the "free updates" feature more attractive. Otherwise, we would leave our templates (beside fixing some major bugs) as they are, instead of improving and adding more features.

For instance; look at the release notes of PureMart and read thev3.5 (The big Update) description. The update is even bigger than what has been told in the description. PureMart almost has been re-built. If we have spent that amount time to develop a new template instead of adding those features to PureMart, we would have released a brand new template.
