This topic has been made "sticky" and the most recent version of FlexibleMArt is v2.3

For those who are willing to get the final version of FlexibleMart. Please post here and request the download link for final version. But, while doing this;
  • Make sure you are eligible to receive free updates (You have paid $138)
  • Make sure you are logged-in with the same username as you have used to purchase the VM Template.
  • Make sure you don't type the order ID here, since this forum is open to public.

Then the download link of final version will be emailed to your email address that is associated with your account within 24 hours.

FYI: There is no time restriction for the usage though, you can keep using FlexibleMart in multiple domains. You just not eligible to get updates from us anymore.

Hi Support,

I see that now you state, for the additional cost, that the customer gets 6 months of free updates, however, when I bought it there was no such restriction:

FlexibleMart - Virtuemart 2 template (supports Virtuemart 2.0.8)
License Options: For Multiple Domains + Free Update (+ $69.00)

I can also see, from my email records, that you sent me an updated download link on 20/05/2013 which is almost a whole year after my original purchase on 16/07/2012 thus proving that there was no 6 month limitation at the time of purchase otherwise you would have pointed it out then.

Hi Daniel Waters,

We have always had a "free update expiration" since we started doing business (since 2009), we have never advertised our products as "life-time free update". It was always 1-year until August 2013, then we decided to drop it to 6-months in order to keep the updates and the support at the top quality level. Who ever purchased the template/extensions from us before August 2013, their free-update expiration remains 1-year. Because this policy update didn't effect them. So didn't yours.

The free update subscription and all the license related things have always been written in the "template license page": www.flexiblewebdesign.com/template-licensing
