The first thing i suggest you is:

- Until your website is ready to go live, disable the SEF URL re_writing.

So, you will see what itemID the pages are getting. Because right now you are having the itemID confusion problem. 3D Slideshow Module is being published on sub-category pages, where it wasn't supposed to be published.

I am seeing the "3d slideshow" module is being loaded on this page:
www.rediibuy.com/ShoppingMall/index.php/en/handmade-decoration

Actually the 3d slideshow should be published only on Homepage. (not another pages). Joomla takes care this (deciding in what page to publish that particular module) by looking at the itemID variable of the URL. If Joomla sees a match, it publish the module there.

First, check the 3d Slideshow module, and make sure it is published only on Homepage. Then, (after disabling the SEF URL)
check what itemID this page www.rediibuy.com/ShoppingMall/index.php/en/handmade-decoration is getting.

I set Module mod_flexible_3d_slider to display only homepage already but I don't know where I can set disable the SEF URL re_writing.
I just notice more effect after I added one slideshow. On product detail page, the zoom picture and slide bar features are disappear. how can I fixed these things.

So, I just setup in module,Flexible - Responsive Joomla 3D Slideshow, at 'Loas jQuery?' to 'No'.
It help to bring back the zoom picture and slide bar features on product category.
But Flexible - Responsive Joomla 3D Slideshow show on every pages for VM.
If it's so, that's fine.
