There are redundant Ask a Questions items. I have modified the English language to "MAKE AN OFFER or ask a question".

From the line containing the social media icons, there is an Ask a Question Tab and also in the 4 tabs beneath it there is an Ask a Question tab.. Attached is the cell phone version.

Open the "Flexible VM2 Template" plugin from Joomla Backend >> Plugin Manager

and enable/disable whatever feature, element, button you want.

You can disable the "Ask a question" TAB, so there won't be any redundancy.
